Chico is a friendly and loving guy!  He’s scheduled for neutering on March 2nd, 2016, therefore he will be available March 16th, 2016.  His eyes are healing well and should be perfectly well by his availability date.   He was living on the streets of Tijuana when he was rescued and at that point his sight was almost gone.
